Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Success & Sales Specialists for a hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will work with business clients, supporting them after purchase, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow their investment. You will play a key role in delivering a strong customer experience while contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Your Role
- Achieve revenue targets through product renewals and client portfolio growth
- Identify and act on upsell opportunities where relevant
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients within a defined territory
- Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption, ensuring they gain maximum value
- Support clients in optimizing usage and improving their overall experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems accurately and on time
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
