Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Advisors for an on-site role in Athens, Greece.

In this position, you will support customers in the financial services sector, assisting them across multiple channels while ensuring a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and data security. You will be part of an international team delivering high-quality customer service in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Your Role

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and back-office tasks
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer inquiries
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Build trust with customers through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow internal procedures and ensure compliance, especially when handling sensitive data
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English (B2)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
  • Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with active listening skills
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment screening process (including background checks)
