Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit an Account Manager with Norwegian for a hospitality industry project in Málaga, Spain. Your Role
- Contact and qualify accounts using CRM, generating new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue confirmed).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on accounts to ensure regular communication and relationship building.
- Participate in targeted sales activities (industry focus, hotel focus, call campaigns).
- Qualify and follow up on meetings, events, and group accommodation opportunities, liaising with both clients and hotels.
- Apply upselling techniques to maximise client value.
- Provide chain-wide discounts in line with client requirements and monitor usage.
- Offer alternative solutions when requested hotels are unavailable.
- Support business travel queries and individual client requests when required.
- Assist with external lists and outreach activities across multiple platforms.
Your Qualifications
- Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with advanced English level.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Sales background, preferably in the hospitality industry (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (beneficial but not required).
