Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit an Account Manager with Norwegian for a hospitality industry project in Málaga, Spain. Your Role

  • Contact and qualify accounts using CRM, generating new business opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue confirmed).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on accounts to ensure regular communication and relationship building.
  • Participate in targeted sales activities (industry focus, hotel focus, call campaigns).
  • Qualify and follow up on meetings, events, and group accommodation opportunities, liaising with both clients and hotels.
  • Apply upselling techniques to maximise client value.
  • Provide chain-wide discounts in line with client requirements and monitor usage.
  • Offer alternative solutions when requested hotels are unavailable.
  • Support business travel queries and individual client requests when required.
  • Assist with external lists and outreach activities across multiple platforms.

Your Qualifications

  • Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with advanced English level.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Sales background, preferably in the hospitality industry (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (beneficial but not required).
