Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Arabic-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an exciting digital marketing project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will work closely with business clients, helping them maximize the value of advertising solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Role

  • Support small and medium-sized businesses through chat, email, and outbound phone interactions
  • Assist advertisers with platform-related questions, account support, and troubleshooting requests
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
  • Guide customers on platform tools, features, and best practices to improve their advertising experience
  • Proactively contact customers when needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Investigate and resolve technical and operational challenges affecting advertisers
  • Identify recurring trends and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with multiple systems and tools while managing several customer interactions simultaneously
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and technology
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Comfortable working across chat, email, and phone channels
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
