Workster is partnering with one of the largest outsourcing companies in Greece to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a remote position in the travel sector.

In this role, you will support customers with bookings, inquiries, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Your responsibilities will include handling reservations, payment processing, and issue resolution while consistently providing high-quality customer support.

Your Role

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from travelers
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Provide travel recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Process payments, refunds, and special requests
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling travel-related inquiries

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
  • Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or the travel industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with stable internet access
