Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Sales Specialists for a remote role based anywhere in Greece.
In this position, you will support customers of a globally recognized technology brand, helping them choose the right products and services while delivering a premium customer experience. You will combine customer support with a consultative sales approach in a dynamic international environment.
Your Role
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat, focusing on product recommendations and sales
- Understand customer needs and guide them in choosing the most suitable products and solutions
- Handle inquiries related to orders, availability, and product comparisons
- Use a consultative approach to increase customer satisfaction and conversion
- Follow structured sales processes to identify opportunities and close interactions effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure a high-quality, personalized customer experience in every interaction
- Support both pre-sales and post-sales inquiries when required
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Polish (C1/C2) with good English skills (B2)
- Strong communication and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Interest in technology and consumer electronics
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
