Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit a Customer Service Representative with Danish for a digital banking project in Málaga, Spain. Your Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provide clear information and ensure customers feel secure and well supported.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with banking standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual Danish and advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, listening, and writing skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in banking, invoicing, or collections (not mandatory — full training will be provided).
- Open, positive mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured environment, following procedures while delivering excellent service.
