Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit a Customer Support Specialist for the Swiss market in Katowice. This is an on-site role in a modern, international environment, supporting customers of a well-known premium consumer products brand. You’ll be part of a multilingual team delivering high-quality service across multiple channels.


Your Role

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to products and services (pre- and after-sales support)
  • Support customers via phone, email, chat, contact forms, and social media
  • Process warranty claims and resolve basic technical issues
  • Provide product comparisons, special offers, and purchasing guidance
  • Work with internal systems and documentation to ensure accurate data handling
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience
  • Contribute to maintaining a strong and positive brand image

Your Qualifications

  • Swiss German at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
  • English at B2 level for internal communication and training
  • Good computer skills and confidence using MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly approach
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory
