Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting Automotive Digital Services project.

In this role, you will support a recognized brand in the automotive industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers by providing professional assistance and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Portugal, offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of an international and dynamic team.

Your Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering professional and high-quality support
  • Assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products, troubleshooting issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience
  • Meet quality and operational performance targets while contributing to service excellence

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Czech (C1-C2 level) with good English skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in automotive and digital products
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
  • Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
