Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support & Technical Support Advisors for a premium home appliances project based in Athens, Greece.
Join an international team providing exceptional customer care and technical assistance for high-end household products. In this role, you’ll support customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them troubleshoot product issues, schedule service appointments, and find the right spare parts while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your Role
- Provide customer support via inbound calls, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions and technical troubleshooting
- Guide customers through product installation and basic configuration
- Help schedule service appointments with authorized technicians when needed
- Support customers with spare parts identification and ordering
- Deliver accurate information while maintaining high service quality standards
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow internal procedures
- Build strong customer relationships by providing professional and solution-oriented support
Your Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Danish
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Good computer literacy
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and work in a fast-paced environment
