Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their technical support team in Lisbon. This role focuses on assisting users with in-vehicle navigation and multimedia systems for a renowned car manufacturer, offering you the chance to work with innovative technology in a multicultural environment.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for users of in-car multimedia and navigation systems.
Your Role
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email regarding navigation systems such as R-Link, TomTom Live Carminat, and Medianav.
- Providing technical support and responding to service requests and complaints with accuracy and empathy.
- Logging customer issues in Salesforce to ensure efficient internal communication, particularly for fault diagnostics.
- Participating in a comprehensive 15-day training program (remote to start) covering company tools, products, and communication techniques.
- Maintaining high levels of service quality and adhering to internal performance standards.
- Initially working from home with a transition to the company’s Lisbon office when required.
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and basic English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with customer interaction via phone and email.
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a structured, performance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week on a rotating Monday–Friday schedule (07:00–18:00).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
