Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists in Greece, supporting an international hospitality technology company that develops digital solutions connecting restaurants with their guests.

In this role, you will support restaurant partners across multiple channels, combining excellent customer service with technical product support. You’ll help customers resolve issues quickly and effectively while understanding that, in hospitality, a technical problem just before lunch or dinner service can be business-critical.

Your Role

  • Handle customer requests through email/ticketing, inbound and outbound calls, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
  • Deliver warm, empathetic, and professional support to restaurant partners
  • Develop strong knowledge of the digital platform and its features to provide accurate technical assistance
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear, efficient, and timely solutions
  • Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues
  • Manage a high volume of daily restaurant requests while maintaining service quality
  • Recognise the operational urgency of technical issues affecting restaurants during service periods
  • Identify complex technical bugs and escalate them to the appropriate teams
  • Handle and escalate complex billing-related enquiries when required
  • Maintain clear and professional written communication across digital support channels
  • Follow established procedures while taking a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Protect sensitive customer and business information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer cases
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across every interaction

Your Qualifications

  • French at C1 level, both written and spoken
  • English at B2 level or higher
  • Solid experience in customer relations, customer support, or hospitality environments
  • Strong customer orientation and a genuine understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Solution-driven and proactive approach, with the ability to clearly guide customers towards a resolution
  • Strong active listening and contact-handling skills
  • Excellent written communication skills for email and ticket-based support
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy and confidence learning new digital platforms
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical product-related issues
  • Strong sense of contextual empathy, particularly when handling urgent issues affecting restaurant operations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of the importance of handling sensitive customer data appropriately
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment

  • Rotational schedule Monday to Sunday, between 09:30 and 19:00
