Your Role
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving product- and service-related inquiries
- Advise customers on the proper use of household appliances
- Handle complaints professionally by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions
- Follow up on cases to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
- Assist with refunds, exchanges, and order placement
- Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with premium brand standards
Your Qualifications
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Good English skills for internal communication and training
- Previous experience in customer support or troubleshooting is a plus
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Interest or experience in consumer electronics or household appliances is an advantage
