Workster is partnering with a global travel service center to recruit German-speaking Air Travel Consultants for their international customer support hub in Brno with potential to be remote from anywhere in the country later on (after the 10 weeks training).

You will assist travelers with bookings, flight inquiries, and travel-related support for various European and international routes — delivering a smooth and helpful customer experience.

Your Role

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with flight reservations, rebookings, travel information, and policies.
  • Support customers with loyalty program questions and account updates.
  • Handle inquiries regarding baggage, schedules, and online services.
  • Ensure each interaction is delivered with clarity, patience, and empathy.
  • Record customer information and follow internal procedures accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain service quality standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English (for training and internal communication).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required — full training is provided.
