Workster is partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a new telecommunications project in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

This role combines customer support and sales, with approximately 90% phone-based support and 10% email communication. You’ll assist German-speaking customers with their telecommunications services while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions.

Your Role

  • Support German-speaking customers primarily via phone, with some email communication
  • Handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products
  • Resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets
  • Complete an initial 9-week training programme, Monday to Friday from 09:00–17:30
  • After training, work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; Sundays are generally off, with occasional Saturday shifts
  • Opportunity to move to a hybrid working model from the 6th month, subject to performance

Your Qualifications

  • German B2–C1, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone interactions
  • Commercial mindset and confidence identifying sales opportunities
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Previous customer service, sales, or contact centre experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
