Workster is partnering with a leading company in the beauty industry to recruit a Greek-speaking Customer Service Representative – Beauty Advisor in Porto, Portugal.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to beauty products, e-commerce transactions, and personalized recommendations. You will provide expert advice on beauty care while ensuring a seamless customer experience through multiple communication channels.

This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for those who are passionate about customer service and the beauty industry.

Your Role

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and social media
  • Provide expert product and beauty advice in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with e-commerce-related queries (returns, deliveries, refunds)
  • Offer care advice, including product alternatives and specifications
  • Address consumer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage database requests such as GDPR-related queries and newsletter subscriptions
  • Register reports on health-related conditions when required

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Greek (C1) and proficient English (B2)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new product lines and customer service tools
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Previous customer service or beauty advisory experience is an advantage but not required
