Your Role

  • Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and product-related inquiries
  • Handle sensitive customer information while following security and data protection policies
  • Deliver professional and solution-oriented support at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and other departments to resolve customer cases efficiently
  • Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain and update internal systems and customer records

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2 level)
  • Fluent English (mandatory) for training and internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or back-office roles is a plus
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
