Workster is partnering with a global customer experience and digital solutions provider to recruit a proactive and driven Recruiter/Researcher for their Talent Acquisition team in Sofia.

Your Role
- Actively sourcing and hunting candidates for various international roles using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Researching and identifying new talent markets and candidate pools outside of Bulgaria.
- Exploring and initiating new strategic partnerships with local and international sourcing platforms, agencies, and communities.
- Evaluating and onboarding new job portals and advertising channels to maximize recruitment reach.
- Gathering market intelligence, talent availability, and competitor insights to support hiring strategy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sourcing activities with business needs and project timelines.
Your Qualifications
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates internationally, preferably within high-volume or multilingual recruitment projects.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify new sourcing channels and potential partnerships.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high-volume demands.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative in your approach to finding talent.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in a researcher, sourcing, or talent mapping role will be considered a strong advantage.
