Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience solutions to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an innovative mobile payments project in Porto, Portugal.

Your Role

  • Customer support to Italian speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
  • Aid our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services.
  • Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
  • Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent Italian (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable).
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you).
  • Excellent language skills in the job language, and comfortable speaking and writing in English.
  • Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers.
  • Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you.
  • Curious and persistent to solve issues.
  • Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
