Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit an Italian-speaking Lead Generation Specialist for a B2B sales project within the tech and digital solutions space. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy engaging prospects through video meetings, outbound outreach, and structured pipeline management.
Your Role
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
- Engage prospects primarily through video meetings (core daily activity), as well as phone, email, and social media outreach
- Identify and contact decision-makers using professional networking and lead-generation tools
- Qualify leads and move opportunities smoothly through the funnel
- Handover qualified opportunities to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Track and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
- Follow defined sales cadences, SLAs, and outreach standards
- Accurately document all interactions and activities in CRM tools
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Advanced English (C1+) – all training and internal communication is conducted in English
- 1.5–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Understanding of B2B qualification and prospecting methodologies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven IT or digital environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Knowledge of digital advertising or tech solutions is an advantage
