Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider in Portugal to recruit a Lithuanian-speaking Content Moderator for a leading international social media platform focused on short-form video content.

As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical part in protecting users and maintaining the integrity of one of the most popular video-sharing platforms. You’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards and platform policies.


Your Role

  • Reviewing videos, images, text, and audio content
  • Identifying and escalating content that violates platform guidelines
  • Ensuring accurate classification and documentation of moderation decisions
  • Handling user-generated reports, appeals, and feedback
  • Collaborating with policy, compliance, and legal teams for complex cases
  • Reporting content trends and contributing to the improvement of moderation processes
  • Adhering to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays)

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive material
  • Willingness to keep up with frequent updates in policy and procedures
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media is a plus
