Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Norwegian & Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a role based in Lisbon.
In this position, you will support a digital payments and point-of-sale solution used by small and medium-sized businesses. You will assist customers with onboarding, transactions, and technical support, helping them manage their sales and grow their business effectively.
Your Role
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience
- Assist with account setup and onboarding for new users
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories
- Handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports
- Provide clear and accurate product information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
- Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting
