Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for a premium pet nutrition project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll provide expert assistance, resolve customer inquiries, and help create a positive experience for every customer while working in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Your Role

  • Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible
  • Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Polish
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer cases
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
  • An interest in animals or previous experience related to pet care is considered an advantage
