Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Spanish-speaking Sales Development Specialists for an exciting B2B sales project in Bulgaria.

If you’re passionate about sales, business development, and building long-term client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to join an international team supporting business customers across global markets. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and driving business growth while working in a fully remote environment.

Your Role

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and other inbound leads
  • Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and introduce relevant solutions
  • Provide accurate product and service information while building strong customer relationships
  • Promote product adoption and help customers maximize the value of available solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales performance
  • Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering a consultative sales approach

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (2–3 years preferred)
  • Proven success in achieving individual or team sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
