Workster is partnering with a leading international digital customer experience provider to recruit Turkish and English-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists for a major global mobile gaming account.

Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will play an important role in keeping online gaming communities safe and positive. You will review content, enforce community policies, respond to player safety concerns, and help identify emerging trends and potential risks across the platform.

Your Role

  • Review and moderate content according to established community safety guidelines
  • Manage content moderation queues accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to player safety concerns and take appropriate action
  • Enforce platform policies and community standards consistently
  • Identify and report emerging safety trends, risks, and patterns
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required
  • Collaborate with senior Trust & Safety team members
  • Contribute to creating a safe and positive environment for players worldwide
  • Review potentially sensitive or emotionally challenging content as part of your daily responsibilities

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
  • Good understanding of online gaming communities and digital platforms
  • Genuine interest in gaming, online safety, and content moderation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent decisions based on established policies
  • Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
  • Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Good awareness of current pop culture and online trends
  • Ability to remain professional when reviewing sensitive or potentially challenging content
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible, analytical, and safety-focused approach
