Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Technical Support Specialists for an international digital platforms project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for technology, customer support, and problem-solving. You will provide first-line technical assistance to customers using AI and cloud-based solutions, helping them resolve technical issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.
Your Role
- Provide first-line technical support for customers using AI and cloud-based solutions
- Respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues using established procedures and support documentation
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels
- Maintain high service quality and operational efficiency across all customer interactions
- Support customers across international markets and multiple time zones
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
- Follow compliance, process, and quality requirements at all times
- Contribute to a consistent and positive customer experience
- Support shift-based operations, including weekends and public holidays when required
Your Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in technology, AI, cloud services, and digital platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow structured processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends and public holidays
