Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Technical Support Specialists for an international digital platforms project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for technology, customer support, and problem-solving. You will provide first-line technical assistance to customers using AI and cloud-based solutions, helping them resolve technical issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Your Role

  • Provide first-line technical support for customers using AI and cloud-based solutions
  • Respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues using established procedures and support documentation
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels
  • Maintain high service quality and operational efficiency across all customer interactions
  • Support customers across international markets and multiple time zones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Follow compliance, process, and quality requirements at all times
  • Contribute to a consistent and positive customer experience
  • Support shift-based operations, including weekends and public holidays when required

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in technology, AI, cloud services, and digital platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow structured processes
