Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Hebrew-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to support a major global social media platform.
The position can be performed on-site in Lisbon or remotely from anywhere in Portugal, giving candidates the flexibility to choose the working model that best suits them.
Your Role
- Review reported content, including images, videos, text, and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies and applicable standards in Hebrew and English
- Evaluate advertisements to identify misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content
- Investigate reported violations using internal tools and resources and determine the appropriate action
- Ensure content and advertisements comply with platform guidelines and applicable requirements
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and report relevant trends or patterns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and support platform policies
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes
- Stay informed about changes to policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent moderation
Your Qualifications
- Hebrew at C1 level
- English at B2 level
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, structured, and team-focused environment
- Ability to make consistent decisions based on established rules and policies
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a safer online environment
- Ability to handle potentially stressful or sensitive situations professionally
- Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal
- Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon or remotely from within Portugal
