Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Hebrew-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to support a major global social media platform.

The position can be performed on-site in Lisbon or remotely from anywhere in Portugal, giving candidates the flexibility to choose the working model that best suits them.

Your Role

  • Review reported content, including images, videos, text, and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies and applicable standards in Hebrew and English
  • Evaluate advertisements to identify misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content
  • Investigate reported violations using internal tools and resources and determine the appropriate action
  • Ensure content and advertisements comply with platform guidelines and applicable requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and report relevant trends or patterns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and support platform policies
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes
  • Stay informed about changes to policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent moderation

Your Qualifications

  • Hebrew at C1 level
  • English at B2 level
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, structured, and team-focused environment
  • Ability to make consistent decisions based on established rules and policies
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to a safer online environment
  • Ability to handle potentially stressful or sensitive situations professionally
  • Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal
  • Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon or remotely from within Portugal
