Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a digital advertising support project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide B2B support to small and medium-sized advertisers, helping customers optimize their campaigns on social media platforms. You will resolve technical issues, guide clients on using advertising tools, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while supporting the growth of their business .


Your Role

  • Support advertisers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone
  • Convert most email and chat cases into outbound calls to provide personalized, white-glove support
  • Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and using platform features effectively
  • Identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients
  • Manage multiple tools simultaneously and perform multitasking efficiently
  • Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) with good English skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
  • Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or digital advertising support is a plus
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude

The Offer

  • Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
  • Rotational shifts, 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 06:00 – 00:00 CEST, including weekends and Portuguese public holidays; compensatory days provided if working on holidays
