Workster is looking for talented German speakers to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity to build an international career while supporting customers for a well-known global brand in a modern and multicultural environment. You’ll work in a professional and supportive setting, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid working model after the onboarding period.

You will initially work fully on-site for the first 3 months to get to know the team and the working environment, before moving to a hybrid setup.


Your Role

  • Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
  • Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
  • Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
  • Ensure clear and professional communication at all times

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent German (C1-C2 level)
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
