Our client is an American leading business process outsourcing company looking for support for the German Team of a worldwide leading telecommunications company – work next to the beach in Varna!

Your Tasks

  • Answer customer’s calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to their services or other difficulties
  • Solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible
  • Once the customer is satisfied with your solution, your goal is to cross or up-sell additional services or products
  • Earn incredible sales comissions based on your performance

Your Qualifications

  • Willingness to relocate to Varna, or based there already
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1)
  • Previous CS or Sales experience in an advantage
  • Stress-resistant and target-oriented
  • Able to work in a team-player environment
